How Do I Check In?

You will receive check in instructions via text & email.  You will receive a personal door lock code to use for the duration of your stay.

How Early Can I Check In?

Check in is 4pm. Early check in depends on the cleaning crew schedule. 

How Late Can I Check Out?

Check out is at 10am.  Late check out depends on the cleaning crew schedule.

Parking at Willows

Parking at The Willows is located behind the building in a gravel parking lot.  The parking can be tight. Incorrect parking could result in towing. Please park within the painted numbered spots at the front of each spot so that every unit can fit a car. Please also remember to hang your parking pass on the rear view mirror. We appreciate it!

What Do I Need To Do For Check Out?

Please be sure to remove all your trash and put in the dumpster.  Clean all used dishes.  Leave used beds unmade and used towels in a pile in the bathroom.  Hope you have enjoyed your stay.  Thank you!

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

A Full refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Sorry, no refunds are given for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

What To Do About Maintenance Issues?

If you have a maintenance issue, please contact us ASAP.

We will want to know specifics such as:

When did the issue begin?

Which room(s) are currently affected?

Does maintenance have permission to enter the rental without you present? If not, when are you available to have maintenance enter the property?

What Is The Age Requirement To Book?

Typically we have a strict 21 year or older policy. I will talk to my partners and get back to you.

We are willing to allow your young adults to stay in our home. We would require a parent or guardian 21 years or older to book the rental and submit a driver’s license to confirm and sign a special rental agreement. We do not allow parties and do require a security deposit in the amount of $1000 which will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the unit for any damage.

What Are The House Rules?

– You must be 21 years old to book.

– No events, parties or large gatherings

– No smoking

-Please be respectful of noise.   Our neighborhood strongly enforces its ordinance that no disruptive noises be made between 10pm and 7am in such a manner as to be heard at a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure from which it is located.

– No pets allowed

-Please do not pour grease down any drains.

-Do not flush any Feminine hygiene products, wipes, etc. other than toilet paper in toilets.

– Please note the property is only accessible via a set of stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility impairments

– Please respect our home.  Please report any damages to the owner.  Any damages not reported will be assessed by cleaners and owners and deducted from security deposit.  

Failure to follow the rules listed above can result in minimum fees of $250.

– NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior doorbell security camera. It does not look into interior spaces 

Trash Removal Policies

Remove your Trash:

Dumpsters are located in front of the house along the sidewalk.  Please place all your trash from the duration of your stay in these dumpsters.

Failure to remove your trash can result in a minimum fee of $25.
